How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation via email.
OHMY OHMY offers free world-wide shipping! We have it all covered.
When is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. Orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska also arrive in 3-7 business days; orders to US Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico usually take about 2 weeks to arrive.
Click on top menu option called "Track Your Order" and enter your tracking number, which was sent to you in the email you used for the order. Click "Submit" to see your shipment status.
What if I place an order and OHMY OHMY states that the item is out of stock?
You will be sent an email regarding the order cancellation. Your credit card/PayPal account will not be charged.
Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?
No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We must use a street address to access the delivery point.
